A man who whilst having a boner commits irrelevant crimes. Including: loitering, petty theft, public nudity, driving alone in a carpool lane, elderly abuse... All with a big ol' boner.

When the media latches onto something that they can make a big deal out of such as the swine flue even though way more people die of the regular flue every year than the swine flue. Other examples include the SARS disease and anything that is made up to be much more important or serious than it really is.

Dude 1-"God dude there is a total media boner going on about the swine flue right now."

Gym boner

Gym boner is the awkward boner men gets during leg raise type of activities. It's caused by type of underwear or shorts men wear at the time. Men usually hate this because since it's not an actual boner there is no blood circulation in penis therefore penis seems very small.
