When you are near the end of the month and you realize you have a huge amount of bandwidth allotted to you by your ISP that doesn't rollover to the next billing cycle. You decide to use it all up before the next billing cycle.

Dan: "Hey Fred, what you are doing this weekend"?

Fred: "I gotta do a bandwidth binge this weekend. I still have 100 gigs of bandwidth that I must use up before the next billing cycle that starts on Monday. Comcast doesn't rollover your unused data to the next month."

Dan: "You must be in Atlanta GA then".

Fred: Nope! I am in Nashville TN."

Commonly known as a John Cena meme saying "Bing Chilling" meaning "ice cream" in mandarin. However, it also converts folk's view of John Cena into a whole new giga chad of a galactic being namely Zhong Xina. Capable of destroying everything in existence with a thought, a true god among men.

Person 1: "BING CHILLING!"
Person 2: "BING CHILLING!"
Zhong Xina: "here's your 1 million social credit."

(n.) A common Chinese name for girls; connotes the girl is of Chinese ethnicity; usually connotes cute/ angular/ regal beauty.
But the name Bing Bing is not as common as westerners think; not every girl is named Bing Bing, only actresses Fan Bing Bing and Li Bing Bing are named Bing Bing.
Btw Fanbingbing and Libingbing are 2 different persons.
