Someone who works as a construction worker in the state of Wisconsin, and can't fix shit as far as roads go. Usually fucking up the flow of traffic with sloppy sign and barrel arrangements designed ultimately for you to fail while venturing through this beautiful land we call wisconsin.

The amount of work for which a scale is no longer necessary or practical. Typically, when you do 'big work,' you become familiar with putting bricks in the spare, man.

Rapper Lil' Wayne first used the phrase in his popular rap song 'Stuntin' Like My Daddy,' from which Tenne-key rapper/cocaine factory Young Buck later derived the term.
