A derogatory term used to describe an Asian person trying to buy a car or some other large ticket item. They always say “too high” when a sales person tells them the price, no matter how low the price actually is.
Salesman 1: Hey, some Too Highs just walked in the front door.

When everything seems funny. Usually occurs around large groups of people at night. No substance is needed to create this effect; although, it is rumored that Mountain Dew can help the effect run its course.
With a few friends over and umlimited Mountain Dew, James new that there was no need for weed because they were about to become high on life.

A contact high occurs when one becomes high when he or she is near someone who is currently under the influence of some sort of illegal drug, even if the person receiving the contact high has not recently taken any drugs.
Amy was high when I saw her. After talking to her for only a few seconds, I got a major contact high.
