That awkward moment, when you realise either you or the person you are communicating with, has been a total wedge.

i.e possibly stealing from a family member and getting caught.

you know its time to back away from the conversation when things become awkwedge.

Hey that girl over there has her skirt tucked in the back of her knickers, Awkwedge. i would tell her but shes a total wedge for not realising before she left the toilet.

At an awkward moment, a gesture which is employed to convey the emotions surrounding awkwardness, usually by an observer of an awkward situation. This gesture can be made with or without uttering the phrase "awkward chopsticks" aloud.

boy1: "Hey! Let's go to a party at this Greek fraternity! Invite your grandma."
boy2: "Dude. My grandmother is Persian!"
boy1: ...
boy3: "Awkward chopsticks..."

Awkward Nightmare

A dream that does not illicit fear but an extremely uncomfortable feeling. Similar to that feeling of being in a crowded room of loud boisterous foreigners asking for directions and not knowing the language or able to find the exit.

(From my husband whom is not a pilot woke up and said...)

Awkeez

Awkeez is used to describe an awkward person, place, thing, or situation.

Ex: Two friends get into an argument and you're having a party and both of them are attending.

"Hey did you hear Brad and Emma are going to be at the party tonight?!"
"Awkeez!"

Awkovertake

This is when you walking down the street at your own jolly pace, however infront there is a dopey twat walking a lot slower than you. You decide to continue with your pace and attempt to overtake this feral person. However as you are level and are about to complete the overtake, the individual decides to speed up which means you are both level and walking at the same pace along side each other. You both acknowledge the situation and turn to look at each other with puzzled faces and decide to speed up but you are both still trotting along at the same pace. This can be resolved by one person either slowing down or speeding up in order to avoid it looking like you 2 are together. This can be particularly awkward if you are walking along side by side with an opportunistic rapist, chav, emo, mosher, smelly old woman, a chatterbox steve and an uncle knobhead.

OMG dude, that was the most awkovertake ever. This smelly old bitch was walking along side me, I bet people thought we were related.
