A personal talk between two or more close male friends. Similar to what girls do in each other's bedrooms, just not in each other's bedrooms, and without extreme amounts of crying.

Guy 1: What were you doing last night? You weren't on Live.

Guy 2: I was having a Man Talk with the guys.

The four most dreaded words known to man, whether they be spoken by a significant other, boss, roommate, parent, friend, etc. Usually means you fucked up big time and are about to be dumped, fired, kicked out, disciplined, or at least threatened with some form of punishment or formal rejection. Known to be a leading cause of mini-heart attacks and paranoia.

( adjective ) Used to describe someone who talks shit about you (99 percent of the time over the phone or internet because they're scared) but avoids you and wont say it to your face.

Stephen said he was going to beat up Austin and talked shit about him for weeks over the phone, but when they met face to face he tried to become friends with Austin because Stephen is all talk.
