The combination of a person’s spirit and energy is referred to as spenergy. This is to avoid preconceived ideas about what spirituality or what energy might mean in the context of QZB theory. It also proposes a new concept of what spenergy can mean in the scope of a human wellness model.
Quantum zone of balance theory has four key zones of wellness to consider. Physical, psycho-cognitive, emotional and spenergy.
