Restaurant pasta in a carry-out container that was left in the trunk of the car for at least a week, with the intention of consuming it later to become ill with food poisoning and get a day off work.

He obviously doesn't have the flu, he wanted a day off work so he ate trunk pasta.

Hey, do you have any trunk pasta? I want to watch the game tomorrow but I need to convince my boss I'm sick.
