Greater Existence Cycle

A catchall terminology for the idea that you continue to exist as yourself beyond your death, through some either ascendence or metamorphosis of form.

This encompasses ideas such as Heaven, Hell, Spirits, Reincarnation, Nirvana, and other forms. Essentially, if you, the person, the ego, continue to exist after your own death.

This does not encompass things like your legacy or your will, as those are tangible actions that follow material cause and effect, rather than an abstract conceptual existence.

Gerard: "Hey man, wanna go ghost hunting with me?"

Davis: "Nah, I don't believe in any Greater Existence Cycle (G.E.C)"

Gerard: "That is why we need you, to be the skeptic on our team, as the one person who believes it is all over, man!"

These kids often have different developmental experiences compared to those who grew up without being surrounded by technology from infancy, leading to distinct social, cognitive, and behavioral traits.

My little brother might struggle with social skills because he’s among these "pre-existing iPad kids", too used to interacting with screens instead of people.

Illogical Existence Theory

The existential application: existence itself may be illogical—the fact that there is something rather than nothing, that beings exist who can ponder their own existence, that consciousness arises from matter and then questions matter—none of this is logically necessary or even logically coherent. Illogical Existence Theory suggests that existence is a mystery that logic cannot dissolve. The question "why is there something rather than nothing?" has no logical answer; existence just is, illogically, inexplicably, miraculously. Logic can analyze existence but cannot ground it.
