Chartupid

A person who tells a lie, and continues to tell the same lie, but doesn't know that every one know's that he is lying.

Charles Saad told everyone that he can purchase 3G iPhones, but little did he know that everyone knew he was pulling a Chartupid. All Charles friends knew he was lying, but didn't tell him they knew the truth.

Charter School

A public school with small class sizes and less students. They can be hard to get in sometimes. These schools,(from my experience) are generally either elitist, or for kids who are mentally challenged. Charter schools often have uniforms, and the kids are pretty sheltered.

The kid thinks she's so special cause she goes to a charter school, but she's got no clue.

A tard hired by a retailer to collect shopping carts. Derogatory term for same. Note: although this description is based on people with various developmental disabilities, it should be understood that they are generally working to the best of their abilities and are therefore blameless. This term is best applied to allegedly normal people who are severely underachieving.

I couldn't find anything carry my stuff because the cart tard was too busy picking his nose for a snack.
