Something enthusiastically mentioned by Derrick Whipple (played by Eric Wareheim) during the Jim & Derrick promo for the Adult Swim Beach Party in Panama City Beach. It is never explained what a Sand Haus is exactly, but its primary use is apparently to get real wet up in it. Anything else, one must assume, is secondary.
