Any car that is old, raggedy or has been made ricey by using cheap add-ons such that can be found at Pep-boys or Murrays.

Typical ghetto cruisers display the use of multiple style hub caps, broken suspension/windows and typically have at least twice the value of the car into the stereo system....which is hacked together and sound like crap.

Ghetto cruisers tend to be driven by an invisible man. The driver sits to the side against the B pillar. Yeah, cuz thats comfortable. You dumb ass.

ghetto brand, the act of purposely getting a girl pregnant for the purpose of "branding" her as yours. Usually done for bragging rights to a hot chick. It ensures you future dealings with her for the rest of your life. Sometimes done by a poor black guy to a rich white girl for financial gain.

Lisa moved into the neighborhood and all the guys wanted to get on her. Rick wanted to keep all the other guys away, so he ghetto branded her.

Ghetto Hope 

The idea that one day poor people from the ghetto will rise above and realize their financial dreams by some miracle. This usually involves them sitting on their ass and getting lucky by winning the lotto or some other type of bet. Ignorance and lack of responsibility are key traits that these people must have.

The hope that ghetto ass people exhibit on game shows such as Deal or No Deal when they are offered nearly $200,000 and have a one in five chance of winning more money or potentially losing it all. Ghetto hope is when these people turn down the $200,000 offered for that long shot chance of winning more. Ghetto hope can also be exhibited by women when they have multiple children in hopes of one of them one day playing professional sports.

A individual who is such a damn-ass hillbilly that they have been evicted from all the local trailer parks.
He now resides in the closest possible place they could drag the Double-Wide Mansion on wheels with his cousin Bubba's Riding Lawnmower.
