One who provides explanation or cautionary advice, often with pleasure or smugness, which is initially seen seen as a downer or negative, but upon further reflection by the recipient is realized to be frustratingly logical.

I found a pill under the bed in my hotel room. I looked it up and it was a pain killer narcotic. When I asked my friend if I should take it, she ruined all the fun by pointing out the risk of ingesting a pill of unknown origin. What a logicunt!

A malapropism often said in error by someone unfamiliar with statistics. The speaker likely means "logistic regression"(logit regression, or logit model)
"Logistical regression" is said by one trying to sound like a smart data scientist. Hearing this may trigger contempt for the speaker.

Carter's boss, Chris, told him in Error to make a report using "logistical regression" modeling.
