After the decline of the KKK and a several million dollar lawsuit against the group, the former members got together and formed the UKA, or United Klans of America. The organization is about 5000 strong currently and does not hold a huge force in current affairs. The organization is scattered and hopefully will grow back to a larger, more powerful group to oppose the Black Panthers and NAACP in a non-violent way. The group is not so much a racist society, but it is more interested in the well-being and betterment of white people everywhere.

A country with citizens who take themselves and their country way too seriously.
Most people will agree that a country is only a symbol and that what it entitles is its population. And what is "population"? A group of diverse human beings.
What makes the United States different from Belgium? Very little. Its policies and laws may be slightly different, and some cultural and traditional aspects are obviously original to each country.
But apart from that, very little seperates them both. Or from any other country for that matter. Our needs and desires are the same.
So why on Earth are so many people debating the topic?!? Many Americans seem to puff themselves up by imagining that the whole world despises them and is continuously plotting either against them, or at least thinking evil thoughts about them.
Think. Again.
I've lived in Asia, Europe and the US. My father is African and my mother European, and I grew up in a French system. I've been surrounded by different people from different cultures since birth.
I can promise you: we aren't continuously fretting about Americans.The only time we really discuss them is when we read the paper or watch TV, ie through the media, and we only really ponder the effects the government's ideas will have on other countries. There isn't any American-bashing.
Therefore please stop victimizing your nation or yourselves. Nobody (in the Western world, in any case) really, sincerely, cares.

Normally reffered to as " 'Murica ", it is a country that is unable to mind it's own business, even though it has plenty of problems of it's own. It's inhabitants are described as large, unintelligent, gun-wielding, unemployed racists who make hourly visits to McDonalds. These creatures detest being spied on by the NSA, with the main reason being that they don't want the government to see them watching porn. Speaking of governments, theirs sucks.

Undeniably the best country on the planet. Americans enjoy many rights that most other countries don't have. It sickens me to hear the conspiracy theorists and "non-conformists" complain about the corruption and problems with the United States. If it's so bad, then just leave and stop complaining. I mean those people would obviously rather be as far away from the United States as possible instead of living here. Apparently the worst country in the world allows you to bitch and moan as much as you want, keeps you from going hungry, and keeps you safe from people who threaten our freedom. Try finding that in the Middle East and tell me how it goes.
This isn't meant to bash other countries but the citizens of the U.S. that take the freedoms presented to them for granted every day of their lives.

Organization that was once noble and just, but has become petty and exclusive, not to mention far too conservative for modern society. Rejects people based on religion and sexual orientation, and has fought the court system in order to be able to do so. Ultimately, they are NOT a private group: They recieve federal funds, and camp often times on federal lands. The Courts were wrong and biased by allowing them to exclude homosexuals and nontheists, and it's important that that is recognized.
Encourages boys to waste their childhood worrying about Eagle Projects and their 'Rank' in relation to their peers. No real way around it, since if you don't make Eagle then the time (not to mention hundred of dollars in dues, camp fees, etc.,) is especially wasted. After achieving Eagle, many realize that the 'Looks good on resumes' argument was basically false, unless you're going for the 'camp counselor' career. That it's really basically only worthwile if you're military bound (in which case you would have been better off (by benefits and starting rank) by working for JROTC merits instead of BSA) or are able to make it into the even more exclusive Order of the Arrow. I'm neither, I'll admit.
90% of Boys praticipating are being forced by parents to do so. 90% of badges are earned fron Scoutmaster (and parental) pity. Many merit badges are archaic and unneccessary in modern times. Some are just rediculous, period (the coin collecting badge, for example). It has become an outlet for parents who have their child's life planned out from birth to 25. As such, they cannot afford to have a scout stuck in the Life Rank. I have seen entire Eagle Projects faked, and approved. The District Leadership really has no control over the individual troops, and the National leadership is just a funnel for the mormon church.

It is not the BSA's perogative to judge the morals of individuals. Morally straight doesn't neccessarily mean sexually straight. And you don't have to be "Reverent" to maintain the values of Leadership, which is what the whole system claims to try and produce. A good Boy Scout need only be 1) A good kid. 2) Willing to meet all kinds of kids. 3) Not taught to condemn other kinds of kids.
