A combination of "yikes" and "sheesh", used when reacting to something that'd make you cringe or feel disgust while implicitly or explicitly expressing admonishment at the same time.

Female Friend: My boyfriend is such a sweetheart! On my way to the party, he texted me several times making sure I remembered not to drink or talk to any of the boys there. What a cutie! <3

Me: Yeesh, one of those types, huh...

Female Friend: What's wrong?

Me: Oh, nothing. Doesn't he seem a tad controlling, though?

When you yeet a little too hard into a situation that could've turned south fast. Often replaces yikes but it has to follow a yeet action

After yeeting into traffic. Karen came awfully close to hitting Susan's mini van. "Yekes" she proclaims as she takes another sip of her starbucks pink drink.
