A ship between two fictional characters from a web series from 2003, Eddsworld. These two characters are Tom and Tord. This is one of if not the most popular ships in the whole fandom. The main problems most people have with this ship are...
1) Tom and Tord are both characters based off of real people (Tom Ridgwell and Tord Larrson) this makes the ship very disturbing to many (myself included)
2) In the web series these two characters have a strong rivalry and ❗️Spoiler warning ❗️In the episode The End part 2, even attempted to kill one another through an extreme fight resulting with Tom nearly dead and Tord with a (somewhat) missing arm. . . Yeah I have no clue why people think these two would actually date.
3) now this is pretty weird and does kind of relate to the first reasons, most art/videos with this ship are very detailed and highly sexual when these are based off real people and most of the people shipping the characters use the real names of the people.
Honestly I hate the ship but enjoy going on Pinterest and searching it up and annoying my friends by scrolling through it. I like seeing them suffer :
