The inconspicious adjustment or scratching of the male genitalia. Often performed in social settings.

The "truck stop" scrumle, this is accomplished by casually pushing down on the scrotum with the middle and index finger until desired grip is achieved. Then using the thumb to pull entire nut pouch out of anus.
