Nuppa is a way to put it indeed. Bulls means “runk-knulla” and is a very pleasurable thing to do to your self, (or your pet (messi)). The using of nuppa is worldwide with several cases every day. Some people have even got so far to the point that they are taping it. You know, like “bro you are tapin it and rapin it”. The founder of “nuppa” is yet unknown but several sources says that it might be an “arab-jevel” that invented it, in lack of a goat, with certain needs to fullfill.
