A so-called "city" in the central valley of California. known for Wine, Homelessness, Drugs, Stuck up bitchy women, The word "Hella", Murder, Car Theft, Polution, More Polution, Low IQ levels, Heat, Drugs, Drugs, Drugs, And Famous people that dont like talking about being from there do to the embarrassment.
