fraudiola is a name that people call guardiola because they think he is a fraud. an overpaid manager who coaches man shitty a billionaire owner and plastic fan base. people call pep fraudiola also cause he has coached the best team ever barcelona 2011 squad. pep has never coached a bad club thats why he is also called fraudiola because he wins free trophies by his team winning trophies to him.

john - "did you see fraudiola win another trophy with his overpowered team".

me - "yea i saw fraudiola and his overpowered team winning the game 6-0"
John - "any team would win a trophy with that overpowered teams"

Benefit fraud is when someone lies to get benefit. This includes people who are:

* not reporting they are living together as man and wife
* not reporting income or capital
* not reporting when they are living abroad
* providing a false address
* not reporting other benefits or sources of income

Tax Collecter - Its £50 if you have income and £20 if your unemployed? Are you employed?

Fraud in the inducement

n. the use of deceit or trick to cause someone to act to his/her disadvantage, such as signing an agreement or deeding away real property. The heart of this type of fraud is misleading the other party as to the facts upon which he/she will base his/her decision to act. . A person is induced to enter into a transaction with a false impression of the risks, duties, or obligations involved. There is intentional misrepresentation of a material risk or duty reasonably relied on, thereby injuring the other party without vitiating the contract itself. Examples: There will be advantages to you if you let me sign the contract in my name and take title to your property. You don't have to read the rest of the contract - it is just routine legal mumbo-jumbo your ear doesn’t hear as a lay person .

He pretended to represent my interest but over time it was clear that his trick was clearly fraud in the inducement and he went to jail for it.
