egotisticular

It's a mixture of the words egotistical and testicular. In Persian the the equivalent for testicular is "tokhmi" which is used to describe something "shitty" and of low quality. An egotistical person who is also a jackass with shitty personality would be described as "egotisticular "

A: that jackass thinks he knows better than anyone!
B: yep he's got such egotisticular personality!
