The medical term to describe and or diagnose the mental and compulsive behavior of someone with outstanding 'asshole' like attitude.
Such person usually realizes, yet continues to make fale conclutions of their own illness.
A cure of Douchbagery has not yet been found, but reasearch labs are in the process of such cure.

Similar to douche bag but it sounds better, and it may be used differently. an absolute definition is a bagel, with douche spread on it. See example

A Douchecrate is someone whom are bags and bags of douche's in one big mass, hence, a douchecrate.

For example;
visual kei kaoru: he's a douche, she's a douche, jack's a douche
visual kei kaoru: it sounds fine to me

douchefagette

derives from the traditional douchebag however it slowly evolved into douchefag which is someone who will never fit into society, they are immensly ugly and unfortunately will most probably end up repopulating with other uglies.

traits usually involve ugly girlfriends and alien babies. Douchefag then expands to include female versions i.e douchefagette. They are similar to douchfags with respect to ugliness however they are unusually clingy. no matter how hard to try to get rid of them they keep sitting with you. Their traits are unusual behaviour of mothers and obsessions with boys they will never get.

can be used as a descriptive word or also as a secret code name.

oi look at what douchefagette is wearing to the deb. what a fucking weirdo i bet her mum bought it for her to impress that guy she will never get.
