Devo is a person who is bold, funny, daring, memey, loyal and a great friend to have around, if someone is bugging you that Devo will beat the shit out of them, if you are friends/lovers with a Devo never let them go because you might never see them again in this big world, there aren't many Devos out there and Devo is a very trustworthy kind of person.
