A phrase that emphasises the lack of care for something or someone. Often mistaken as 'I could care less'.

David: Quick Bert! Muffles the kitten ate some mothballs, and now it's foaming out it's mouth; WE NEED TO GOTO A VET!

Bert: I couldn't care less about your God-Damned Cat right now.

Someone who devotes all there time, feelings and resources to help other people. He/she only cares about others especially people close to him/her. Does not care about his/her own body or feelings.

They are caregivers. They care not for themselves, only others.

Care Plan

1)A bull shit assignment given to nursing students who have a lot of better things to do. Professors give these when they know the students don't have the time for it. Usually consists of at least 20 nursing diagnosis, and complete bull shit.

Joe: Fuck, i got this 20 page care plan to do.

Erin: Yeah me too, fuck those professors it's not like REAL nurses actually do these things... They just copy and paste.

Career Laugh

A Career Laugh is a fake laugh designed to further your standings on the career ladder. Used primarily to laugh at superiors jokes and vaguely funny comments so you keep in their favour. To other members of staff someone who has a Career Laugh tends to come across as very annoying and fake... and the laugh irritating to say the least.

A Career Laugher will force a laugh out on the telephone to clients and superiors.
