to procrastinate and do nothing. When one engages in whacking, often girls, they may go to the bars on a monday night, movie, shopping, or just sit around and do absolutely nothing. This is a whole new meaning for the word...thanks to the KD Ladies @ SLU.

Meg: " Sure I will. What are you giong to do?"
