A childrens card game that is known for being a gateway drug to much harder fantasy games like Magic the Gathering and Axis and Allies.

14 year old Yugi: "Hey wanna play some Yu Gi Oh! ?"
4015 year old Pharoh: " Nah. That doesn't do it for me
anymore. I do Magic the Gathering
now."
14 year old yugi: "Really? What's that?
4015 year old Pharoh: "Here's 60 hits."

an extremely underrated card game that can be fun, but gets old fast. the show, on the other hand, sucks ass. but that's the american version. for all those people who say "it's the crappiest show ever", watch the japanese anime, the original version, on subtitles. it fallows a completely different storylinbe, and they play different games besides the card game.

The common name for fake YuGiOh cards. These can be differentiated by the little holographic square in the corner. If it has an eye symbol, it's real. If not, someone is trying to swindle you.
