When an individual decides to take a shit early in the day because taking a shit later will prove to be very difficult. The person doesn't necessarily have to shit, but only does so because it is beneficial.

Strategically Late

The process of showing up too a dinner party late, not to be fashionable, but to wait until others are already there so you can strategically sit next to people you want to, and more importantly, away from those that you don't.

I dropped a deuce in my pants at the thought of spending two hours next to that fucking popinjay Cass D., so I made sure I came strategically late, to know where he was sitting and I sat at the other table.
