A dork; someone who sucks at their job and golf but does not realize it, dresses bad, is likely ugly and/or short and has no true sense of self. treats the bag boy at a country club like shit because he was always picked on and treated like shit as a kid in school

That Pete is some slapdick. He was shanking balls left and right on the range and cursing and accused the kid in the cart barn of stealing his head cover. What a "slapper."
