A Southern United States slang term. Used mostly as an exclamation, or as a surprised response to a suggestive comment or action.

Johnny says, "Baby, I'm starving, and right now you look like a Thanksgiving dinner with ALL the trimmings!"

Robbin replies, "Dang Skimpy! Don't forget the whipped cream!"

When someone slinks away like an adolescent girl. Usually black wannabe Euro trash that are named Matt, Winifred or Hayes scimper.

This word is not a combination of the words scamper and simper.

When we kicked Matt out of the house he scimpered away.
