A male/female who is surrounded with negative attention. A person who claims that they are a “real one” but goes and posts petty shit after things are already resolved. They are unsure about their future outcomes and has a struggle with finding someone who he can play.

Short for: Other People's Plates. Used in describing someone who only likes to eat what food other people have on their plate or have ordered at a restaurant.
