Meeper

A "Meeper" is a person/persons that completely sucks at the (MMORPG) game runescape and has to play "RuneScape" private servers to compensate for their failed ability in "MMORPG" gaming.

Most "MMORPG" players replace the word n00b with meeper because it tends to be more insulting. In the gaming world "meeper" is scum the lowest of the low and the the noobieist's of noobs.

Melper

The term ''melper'' refers to a newly promoted moderator on a minecraft server. These newly made mods oftentimes dont subconsciously realize that they have now a higher rank and feel like helpers. This sentiment is described as Schrödinger's staff member: the staff member will only think of themselves as a moderator when confronted to their in -game title, but will refer to themselves as a helper in all other situations.
