Harvey is a hoe. He is a sociopath and you should never trust him, especially if he has a thin face. He never fucking talks but when he does it's the most rudest shit your ears ever seen. Whenever anyone ask him something he turns into a dumb sloth who's just woken up from a ten month coma. No one likes him except for his sexy friend who ditches him at lunch.
