Fritter Scrolling

Wasting time, energy or money, scrolling aimlessly through frivolous content on social media, websites or video sharing sites. Could also be loosely be referred to as Idle Scrolling, which is spending time doing nothing, albeit one is scrolling, they are scrolling without purpose, aim or goal.

The concept is also applied to wasting time through other means, see Fritter Lifing.

I was fritter scrolling and didn't realise how much time had past.

Country Fritter

A person or child who goes on their phone or drifts from life. Gives their mind an ultrasound and believes in a stronger life inside of them while playing video games, shopping, going on social media, roblox, or minecraft. Country fritters enjoy pickled onions, chicken fingers, potato chips, and milk.
