When you suffer from climate dysphoria in then United States, the solution is simple : move to a non climate dysphoric country like in the Muslim world and say inshallah every time you open your weather app on your phone.

If you're climate paralyzed, you're not able to act on the climate crisis. So pretty much everyone is climate-paralyzed. Ironically the climate itself is paralyzing us, since we rather think of if we have to wear a coat tomorrow than what we can do to stop climate change. And of course we also are all overwhelmed by the complexity of this issue, that it basically paralyzes us.
