Billboard Taggins is a “make believe” main character off of the “make believe” movie called “Triplet Showers” whom gets into a heap of trouble tagging mostly billboards in Lost Angels, Cauliflower!

Darla: Hey! Anyone seen that new movie set in Lost Angels, Cauliflower? He gets in heaps of trouble for tagging billboards or posters?..
