An old sandwich that has been left out. It is usually accompanied by the distinct odor of old cheese and deli meat.

My brothers room was littered with old pizza boxes, dirty laundry and even a lonley junkyard sandwich.

mattress sandwich

The act of taking a pillow and crawling between the box-spring and mattress of a twin-size bed. (Full, king, and queen mattresses are too heavy.) Lying on your back, positioning the pillow between you and the mattress, and thrusting your hips against the pillow. Beware — If someone walks in on you, you'll have a tough time talking your way out of this one!
