Phrase used to get an annoying person to quit bothering you. If it doesn't work the first time, say it louder and louder until they stop bothering you.
Annoying stepbrother: Lemme play SSBB with you!
Me: Go away kid. I hate you.
Stepbrother: No! I wanna play it!
Me: We ain't rich! This is why we can't have nice things.

When you are feeling rich in spirit, but you are too financially poor to play music chairs. Here we go round the mulberry bush... again... cuz we're really really poor... financially...

When you’re definitely not rolling in money, but you feel like a big spender because you’re tearing off three or four paper towels at a time to handle a tiny spill. This is the kind of rich where you’re not counting sheets, you’re just living that lavish life with extra absorbency.
Alex: "Whoa, are you seriously using four paper towels for that little coffee drip?"
Jordan: "Yeah, I’m paper towel rich now. I don’t have to play it safe with just one anymore."
Alex: "Dang, living the high life, I see!"

"nigga rich" is when you have newly become rich. so if you go from poor to rich, the time when you got rich you are "nigga rich".

Having a modest salary, living a modest lifestyle, but "rigged" out in top of the line truck/boat/car/toy. Usually a man punching a clock that wants to park an awesome rig in the employee lot for prestige among his fellow male employees.
Jim is 50 years old. He works 10 hour days, 6 days a week to keep his wife and two kids with a roof over their heads. His wife also works 40 hours a week. He takes out a monster loan to buy a top of the line Ford truck with all the bells and whistles. He parks it in the employee lot--the guys check it out on their break and say --"hey-nice rig man" Jim is rigged rich but but in all other ways just getting by.
