circle pines

A small town in the suburbs of Minnesota. Full of white trailer trash and drunks. All the kids smoke cigarettes by age 15. The city is pretty small but includes about 3 liquor stores and 3 bars. Not a lot to do but go to Wal-Mart, drink or eat fast food.
