One of the most abusive, racist, attention-seeking, two faced girls you will ever meet. She loves to get noticed by anyone. She screams at the top of her lungs to get anyone's attention at, like, 8 something in the morning, EVERY DAY. Don't make eye contact with her when she's on the prowl for attention, you'll only make it worse.
