'No Diet' Diet

When somebody doesn't eat in order to get quickly get rid of those extra five to ten lbs of unwanted fat. A temporary, milder form of anorexia, however, these individuals will usually resume their regular eating habits upon reaching their target weight goal.

Jill:"Hey Mary, do you want a fish taco?"

Mary:"Nah, I'm on the 'no diet' diet, I gotta lose 5 lbs. by Friday."

IceCream Diet

When a person, usually female, wants to loose a little bit of weight without having to stop eating large consumptions of ice cream. In most cases, the person replaces balanced meals (breakfast, lunch, and/or dinner) with ice cream, that way their calorie intake is smaller than usual and they still get to eat tons of ice cream. 5 to as much as 15 pounds can be lost from this diet, however, be warned that the diet is known for its unhealthiness. Many people lack basic nutrition in this diet, and often find themselves tired all the time and dizzy.

"Isn't it obvious, I'm on the Icecream diet!" -Person 2

Atkins diet

A crappy exscuse for a diet. People on it eat basically anything they want exept bread, pasta, fruit, and veggies.
Think it sounds stupid now? Well the guy who made it died of obesity!
The people who are actully stupid enough to go on it gain more weight than than they lose.
If you want to lose weight use slim-fast!

Someidiot: Jeez, I went on that Atkins diet and I gained 35 pounds. But I was only trying to lose 10.
Otheridiot: Yer lucky, I went on it and I gained 50!
