An effective drug that is used by calling the patient a "good girl". It is usually requested and administered by transfems or closeted transfems "eggs" on the subreddit r/egg_irl. It is a harmful drug to transmascs.

A phrase originating from Fallout New Vegas, Take Drugs Kill Bear is a philosophical mindset, roughly meaning "Do fun stuff, take on challenges" It also does refer to the practice of consuming narcotics and engaging in lethal fights with bears.
