Airbag Uppercut

Term used by Police/Fire/EMS to describe the non-serious injuries received when the face contacts the airbag in a vehicle crash. Usually consists of nose-bleed, busted lip and face numbness. Similar to being punched in the face.

That old woman was afraid her jaw was broke, but she just got an airbag uppercut.
