It highlights the irony of being too old for youthful independence while still in a transitional phase.

I took a sip of that bitter black coffee and suddenly felt like I was 30, still living with my parents at 23. Guess I’ve officially hit the coffee-and-couch phase!

porch couch season

A time in the summer white mainly in the northeast United States sit on their porch couch drinking cheap beer, listening to old music and bothering their neighbors with their cussing and or arguing.

Oh well it must be porch couch season because I can hear the neighbors fighting till 2:00am

2. (noun) A person who has intimate relations with an upholstered sitting apparatus, while they are watching ‘Flipper’ reruns, ‘Zeus and Roxanne,’ etc. , because the concept of human connection perplexes them.

Well… that Jim Dave fellow turned out to be a real couch dolphin. Yikes. Is this why Cleveland had to get rid of Sea World?
