A person who actively fakes illnesses or disabilities for clout or popularity.
These people are the scum of the Earth and have no place in society other than wasting the short amount of time we have on this world.

Someone looking for acknowledgement from a un-needed flex. Looking for an ego stroke by posting something or saying something to get likes. Hoping for clout that would eventually make them look bigger and more attractive and powerful than reality says they are.
