When you find a swastika graffiti, and draw extra lines to make it a window. Then draw smiley faces in all the window panes.
In woodshop we found a swastika carved on the table, so he drew with a pencil to make it a Window of Happiness

Originally from Windows Neptune and Windows Odyssey, Windows Whistler is the beta version of windows that lasted from 2000-2001. It was worked on for only 1 year. But that does not mean that Windows XP is Windows Whistler. How? Well, as I said near the beginning, Windows Whistler was made because Windows Neptune and Windows Odyssey was formed together.

I heard a noise outside, so I quickly rushed over to the window to peak out my curtains & a shadow person was window peeking back at me. One of us needs sleep. Damn window peekers.
