1-The Ethiopian diet is most commonly used to describe a person who is so skinny you can see every bone in their body

2-the Ethiopian diet can also be used if a person is. Bloated because they have not eaten in 44 days or more this person is usually actually Ethiopian or extremely religious we call them extremists but that's another story.
