A chronic condition in which one's leg is stiff and not easy to move. It can be cured through intensive therapy and rehab, often times relating to dance and a freer attitude.

Getting Stable

Getting Stable is a goofy version of getting sturdy. The dance was popularized by twitch streamer Adin Ross who tried to get sturdy on stream and his chat instead said he was getting stable, because of how goofy his sturdy was. Its also used to say someone's sturdy is horrendous or extreme.
