Post Show Depression

When you’ve finished a musical/ play and feel angry, worthless , sad and annoyed that it’s finished . You become so attached to your character because they resemble your inner self . You hear the songs on the way home and just cry . Post show depression only happens when a show has truly impacted the actor as a person .
Where’s Amy? Ah she’s not coming , said she’s got post show depression and just keeps crying .

Fake depression

Somebody who posts on their story about how bad their depression is when really all they want is attention. People who post Bart Simpson edits with some "in your feels" music. The only thing wrong with these people is they are attention whores and are only faking mental health conditions so they can feel like people care about them.
I know a lass with fake depression she thinks she's edgy for it but she just looks stupid

That Brooke Scott's got fake depression she thinks she's so cool for it but she just looks stupid and I want to kick her head in for it

Depression Meal

N. A meal that is had that takes little to no preparation, due to the lack of mental and physical energy experienced during depression. Normally no utensils needed, and if heating is needed it is normally in the microwave for under 2 minutes typically, if not less than 30 seconds.
I normally forget to eat during my worst points, but when I absolutely need to, my go to depression meal is dipping a rolled up tortilla in salsa over and over until my jaw hurts from chewing so much.

age regression

Age regression is when somebody reverts to a child-like state of mind, often as a coping mechanism for things like PTSD, depression, anxiety, and other mental health issues. Basically age regressors are more at-peace and worry-free whilst in "little space" (A term for when one is in said mindset). These people simply need breaks from the stress of being old and often have a childish personality even outside of regression (Though sometimes it's not as obvious).
Contrary to popular belief, age regression is NOT a kink or even related to sexual intercourse whatsoever. Some age regressors refer to themselves as littles and to their significant other as "Daddy", "Mommy", or just as their "Caregiver" Since they'd typically take care of their "Little" as if they're an actual child.
Hey, so why does she sleep with so many stuffed animals? Oh, she's just an age regressor. How cute!

Bro, what's with the pacifier? You a baby now or something?
Kinda, I'm regressing right now.
Sorry, I didn't know! That's cool!

Why does your blog have so much pastel And childish stuff?
Oh, it's an age regression blog. Nice!

Post Musical Depression

Post Musical Depression (PMD) is the term for the depression an actor, actress, or other member of a production feels once the show's run has ended. It often exhibits itself much like the Five Stages of Grief. First, an affected person can't believe it is happening, often right before curtain call. Next, during bows, one may become angered that it is over, upset that it will never be the same again. Then, when one is greeting the audience, one begins to bargain, 'Please don't let it be over' 'One more show.' During the cast party and throughout the next day, an afflicted person enters the fourth and hardest phase, depression. This exhibits itself through crying, hugging, and tears. However, sometime a week or so after the close of the show, one enters the final stage, acceptance.
The musical was so much fun, I don't know what I'm going to do now that I have all this free time, I think I have Post Musical Depression.
