A sequence of words said, or screamed after someone asks for the quantity of an item. This is a reference to the show Dragonball Z

"Vegeta, what's his power level??"

hulked over

Originating in the Midwest, this term means being pinched by the cops after rear-ending a vehicle they have already "hulked over," nearly clipping a patrol car in the process. In a general sense, it means the joyride is over. This part comes right before your drunkass gets hauled off to county.

to casually turn your head towards a person of interest, then - with eyebrows raised - quickly and surreptiously (or blatantly, if you want to obvious about it) flick your eyes from their head down to their feet.

basically, checking someone out whether you find them attractive or not.
