OMFGBBQ

The is part of a combo-chain of phrases used to express increasing levels of excitement or emphasis.

Firstly the OM(F)G, and then usually (and interchangeably) WTF and/or BBQ.

Including BBQ/WTF after an OM(F)G is often a sign of sarcasm.

"OMFGBBQ I just won the lotto!" (sincere)

"OMFGWTFBBQ you're the coolest person ever!" (mocking)

A slightly more advanced and profane version of its predecessor, omg.

Translates to "Oh My Fucking God" and is more often used in response to something lame, vulgar, and downright obscene.

Johnny: Oh man, I think I'm gonna be sick
Nancy: You'll be okay, just relax
Johnny: No, really I think I'm gonna vomit
Nancy: Just calm-
::Johnny vomits::
Nancy: OMFG!!!!! I just bought these stilettoes yesterday, johnny!!!
